Payment Information

We want to make the payment process secure and safe for all parties involved. So please read carefully and call (785) 336-3889 or email if you have any questions.

Your new puppy will not be shipped until full payment is made. Flight arrangements are not made until your puppy is fully paid for. Flights are scheduled based on weather and your patience if a weather issue arises is appreciated. We forward flight information to you as soon as it is acquired. You may also be able to track your puppies flight if it is offered by the airline used.

Puppy Adoption Process:

Call us to verify the puppy you are interested in is still available.
After your confirmation, puppy will no longer be listed as available on our site. The puppy will be listed as Adoption In Progress until your payment is made.
Payment Options are: ·

Deposit of $200 (deposits are non-refundable) Deposit Form
Full payment (this will include shipping if needed)

Once initial payment has been received, we will remove your puppy's photos from the site. (we email photos of your puppy at least once a week and let you know how your puppy is doing).

After the sale we appreciate updated photos and information. Upon your approval we place those photos and testimonials on our Puppy Parent s page.

At the time of purchase we discuss an estimated date for your puppies arrival. We do not allow any puppies to fly until they are at least 8 weeks old. (It is the law) If you will be picking up your puppy, we will discuss the age the puppy should be before we will allow the puppy to leave the ranch. (This is dependent on how the puppy is progressing after it is weaned from the mother. We will not allow any puppy to leave the ranch before 8 weeks old)

Accepted payment methods are:

Credit Card - through your Paypal account. If your account is not verified, you may not be able to make the full payment. It can take a few days for PayPal to verify your account. We require that the 3% paypal charge be added to the price of the puppy. (this amount will be reflected on your contract)

Wire Transfer - money directly from your bank. Check with your bank on the process they require for this service.

Certified Mail - We only accept certified bank checks..
It can take up to 5 days with USPS to get a first class letter to us, and next day service is usually two days. It is recommended to send the check with a signed certification required to ensure payment was received.
